Eligibility and Enrollment
Affiliates must provide accurate details (as per NRIC), up-to-date contact and any payment information.
Affiliates must register via the Tudungruffle's official website and receive approval to participate.
Tudungruffle reserves the full right to accept and/or reject any application at its sole discretion.
Commission Structure
Affiliates earn commissions based on validated sales as per the commission structure.
Only sales tracked through unique affiliate links will qualify for commissions.
Commissions are calculated on the net sale value including discount.
Cookie Lifetime
Cookies last for 30 days from the first customer click.
If a customer clicks multiple affiliates’ links within the cookie duration, the last affiliate link will receive the commission payout.
Sales Validation Period
Sales are validated within 30–45 days of order receipt to account for returns, cancellations, or disputes.
Only validated sales are eligible for commission payouts.
Payment Terms
Payments are processed on the 15th, on the monthly for commissions earned from validated sales.
Eg: If an affiliate makes a sale on January 5th, the commission for that sale will be processed on February 15th (after validation).
Eg: If another sale happens on January 18th, it will be processed on March 15th, as it falls into the next payment cycle and after validation.
A minimum payout threshold of RM100 must be met for payment to be issued.
Affiliates are responsible for any transaction or currency conversion fees.
Affiliate Status & Performance Requirements
Affiliates must maintain a minimum sales volume based on their current affiliate level.
If an affiliate fails to meet the required sales volume for three consecutive months, their status will be downgraded to Affiliate Basic (applicable to Affiliate Pro and Affiliate Elite).
Prohibited Activities
Affiliates must not produce, publish, or share any content that:
Promotes hate speech, discrimination, or violence toward any group or individual based on religion, race, gender, nationality, or other personal characteristics.
Contains false, misleading, or defamatory statements.
Exploits or discusses sensitive or controversial issues, such as religious beliefs, political matters, or current events, in a manner that may harm the brand's reputation.
Violates any applicable laws, regulations, or community guidelines.
Failure to comply with this clause may result in the immediate suspension or termination of the affiliate's account and forfeiture of any pending commissions.
Intellectual Property
Affiliates may use approved marketing materials provided by the brand.
Unauthorized use of logos, trademarks, or other intellectual property is prohibited.
Termination
The company reserves the right to terminate the affiliate account for any violation of terms and conditions.
Affiliates may also terminate participation by providing written notice. Upon termination, all unpaid commissions below the threshold will be forfeited.
Modifications
The company reserves the right to modify the terms, commission structure, or program at any time with or without any prior notice.
Affiliates may or may not be informed of significant changes via email or the program dashboard.
